Psychotherapy in North London

I am currently not able to take on new patients.

Psychotherapy and counselling can be helpful for many emotional or psychological difficulties. These can include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship problems. As well as helping with difficulties, therapy also offers an opportunity for personal development and growth.

The work consists of a series of regular, confidential sessions in which all of these issues can be talked through. Sometimes the focus is upon current difficulties; at other times we look at the effects that past problems have upon the present. Counselling tends to stay more in the present, while psychotherapy also explores underlying links with the past. You can find more information about psychotherapy on the website of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.

For more details about how I work, please see the ‘My work‘ page on this website.

I am also a clinical supervisor to other psychotherapists and counsellors. I provide supervision individually and in groups, both privately and within organisations.
